Leadership

History:
Regency Transportation and Regency Warehousing & Distribution have been providing safe, professional, and affordable logistics solutions for 35 years. Starting with one tractor Rick Giroux borrowed a trailer and opened for business in 1985. Since then his vision and determination has led Regency to a fleet of 150 tractors, 700 trailers, and a 400,000 square feet of warehousing space in four locations.

Today Regency remains a privately held, family business and continues on a steady growth path. Rick is the head of the company, his brother Paul serves as Vice President and sons Brian and Kevin, who have grown up in the business, play key roles in transportation operations. Regency is proud to be an independent carrier with the flexibility to provide service solutions designed to meet the demanding needs of their many customers

The past few years have seen the company make major investments in state-of-the-art trucking equipment and technology for the safety and comfort of drivers, to help protect our environment and to provide first class customer service and response – all designed to position Regency for a very bright future. It’s a true American success story

At Regency our focus is on providing outstanding customer service at affordable rates while valuing a balance of career and family for our team and always remembering to do our part for the greater good of our community. We believe that for a team with high levels of skill and will anything is possible.

CEO letter:
I started Regency in 1985 with one tractor and a borrowed trailer. Since then our company has grown to a multi-service logistics provider with several locations in MA and NJ and a customer base which covers the entire Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States. All of this was made possible by the dedication, skill, and hard work of the entire Regency team. I am very fortunate and grateful to be surrounded by such outstanding people.

We are determined to provide the safest, most productive, and customer centered work environment possible. Whether as a logistics partner or for a rewarding career Thank You for choosing Regency.

Sincerely,
